All booking requests are subject to the spa's availability and must be confirmed by the participating spa. Most booking requests are confirmed within one business day.
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from the spa or SpaPlus.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is made directly to the participating spa according to the spa's payment policy.
SpaPlus does not charge customers booking or service fees.
Some spas may require a deposit or credit card to secure a reservation.
Prices displayed on SpaPlus are provided by participating spas and may change without notice.
Prices may vary based on the day of the week, season, treatment time, promotions, or other factors determined by the spa.
Applicable taxes may be added by the spa at the time of payment.
Cancellation and modification policies are established by each participating spa.
By submitting a booking request, you agree to the cancellation policy of the selected spa.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges in accordance with the spa's policy.
SpaPlus strives to keep all information accurate and up to date. However, participating spas are responsible for the accuracy of their descriptions, pricing, availability, amenities, photographs, operating hours, and services.
SpaPlus cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
